Description
Instant hot and sour paste for preparing traditional Thai Tom Yum soup. Paste is rich and aromatic as for it are used many herbs such as lemon grass, galanga, chilli, kaffir lime leaves and garlic. The packaging is particularly suitable for home use. Recipe recommendation (for 2-3 people). Preparation: 1. Boil 440 g of water, then add 50 g of paste. 2. Add 15 g of galangal, 30 g of lemongrass and 50 g of mushrooms. Keep boiling. 3. Bring the water to the boil, then add 200 g of shrimp or any other meat of your choice. When the water starts to boil, remove it from the stove. 4. Pour in 1/2 tbsp. of fish sauce and add 1/2 tbsp. of lime juice (optional). 5. Add 2-3 kaffir lime leaves and finely chopped coriander leaves before serving.
